Heather is mother of 4 children, a certified personal trainer and the creator of The Femme Physique Method. She has over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She is an expert in her field and has enhanced education in pre and post natal fitness, core functionality, muscle activation techniques and postural alignment. She is also a healthy hormone specialist and certified in nutrition and wellness. Heather guides these workouts with a passion for teaching other women how to use their body safely and to their full potential to maximize results. Heather uses descriptive cueing and hands on adjustments (if permitted) to help you activate your muscles deeply and effectively. You will maximize challenge by moving with mindfulness and intention using repetitive movements within your bodies threshold. The results? long, lean definition, and a stronger and more functional body, free of injury.
